Proof of the Truth of the Catholic Faith. The classic apologetics for adult level. Ironclad logic! The existence of God, immortality of the soul, necessity of religion, reliability of the Gospels, nature of the Church, proof of her truth, etc. A work of genius; irrefutable!
About the Author
The Rev. Father Anthony F. Alexander was a priest and author of the twentieth century. Additionally, he used to work with the Department of Theology at John Carroll University. His College Apologetics: Proof of the Truth of the Catholic Faith was written for the college-aged student, and treats the topic classically, reasonably, and logically. Father Alexander's work was first published in 1954 by the Henry Regnery Company, Illinois, with the Nihil Obstat and Imprimatur. It was also printed by TAN in 1982.
Fr. Anthony Alexander has written a clear, concise and compelling defense of religion in general, and Catholicism in particular.
There is no shortage of historical evidence or rational argumentation within this book. If atheists or Protestants had their own index of forbidden books, this would be on the list.

Perfect starter for those interested in converting Review by Dadimus Max
Logical, straight forward, and while deep is not so much so that your teenager's eyes will glaze over. Warning, if you call yourself a "Christian" but don't want to acknowledge the primacy of the Catholic Church; then you are most likely too afraid to read this book. Offered this book to a couple Baptist friends of mine . . . and they refuse to read it. Some people just don't want to have the facts laid out in front of them so that it's absolutely clear what the right answer is. (Posted on 8/4/2014)
Brilliant! Review by Bobby Bambino
This is awesome! Starts at the beginning, shows the existence of God, Jesus as the Son of God, and that the Church Jesus came to establish is the Church that we call Catholic. The claims of the Catholic Church are worth investigating, and this is THE book to start that investigation.
